GDR400

IP67 refrigerant gas detector with 4–20 mA, 1–5V/2–10V, Modbus RS485 and 3 relays, plus Bluetooth and built-in 80 dB buzzer.

Overview

The GDR400 extends the refrigerant detector range with a full set of outputs and on-board alarming. Connection to the gas control panel can be via 4–20 mA, analog 1–5 V / 2–10 V, Modbus RS485 or 3 relays (2 alarm + 1 fault). A built-in 80 dB buzzer (at 10 cm) provides local audible alarm. The Bluetooth module adds real-time measurement and alarm, testing and calibration, alarm-threshold and relay configuration, Modbus configuration and sensor-data viewing for non-intrusive set-up and maintenance.

It uses a replaceable sensor cartridge with electrochemical, pellistor and infrared options and detects NH3, propane/R290, n-butane/R600, CO2 and the main HFC/HFO refrigerants. Power supply is 12–24 VDC/VAC, with 100–240 VAC available on request.
