YUKON 852 / Natural gas - LPG The Yukon Methane - LPG gas detector is suitable for wall installation and detects and alerts to a possible Methane gas leak inside the home. The detector is equipped with WiFi connectivity, an internal relay, acoustic buzzer, optical LED, and a replaceable sensor module. The Yukon Methane detector is calibrated to detect a gas concentration equal to 10% of the L.F.L. (Lower Flammable Limit). This threshold may vary depending on environmental conditions but will never exceed 15% of the L.F.L. during the first 5 years of operation, thus remaining in a completely safe condition. After this period, or in case the "FAULT" LED lights up, the sensor module must be replaced. The detector's functionality lies in its ability to detect a possible gas leak and alert the user with an acoustic buzzer and LED lights, signaling a hazardous situation. The internal relay will be activated to control the solenoid valve and shut off the gas supply. However, if the user is away from home, the device will send a real-time notification directly to their smartphone via the dedicated App. In this way, users will always be informed about the safety status of their home.
