AN800 – Professional Multi-Boiler Combustion Analysis Control Unit Continuous combustion monitoring for industrial heating systems AN800 is Tecnocontrol’s professional control unit designed for continuous monitoring and recording of combustion parameters in industrial heating systems and multi-boiler plants. Entirely designed and manufactured in Italy, it represents an advanced solution for centralized combustion control, emission supervision, and data management from probes installed on heat generators. The control unit can manage from 1 up to 4 boilers simultaneously, acquiring and recording in real time the parameters from the peripheral units connected to the system. A centralized platform for combustion control AN800 is designed to meet the needs of systems requiring continuous monitoring, historical data logging, and professional supervision of combustion parameters. It is ideal for industrial heating plants, multi-boiler systems, high-power generators, and systems subject to emissions control and recording. Depending on the installed probes, the system can monitor flue gas temperature, residual oxygen, carbon monoxide, NOx, chimney draft, and other key parameters for energy efficiency control. Up to 4 boilers with expandable modular system The modular structure of AN800 allows system configuration based on plant requirements, from a single boiler up to simultaneous management of four generators. Each module independently acquires and records data from a single boiler, ensuring precise and centralized supervision of the entire system. 10” professional touchscreen display The unit integrates a large 10.1” color touchscreen graphic display powered by Windows 10 Embedded. The interface allows real-time visualization of boiler parameters, access to graphs and historical data, monitoring of events and alarms, and quick system status checks. Data history, events, and anomaly logging AN800 includes dedicated Flash memory and 30 GB internal Panel PC memory for complete data storage. The system automatically records historical samples, system events, alarms, operational anomalies, and probe faults, enabling complete professional combustion management. Industrial integration and advanced connectivity AN800 is designed to easily integrate with industrial supervision systems and remote control platforms thanks to multiple available interfaces. It supports LAN, USB, RS232, isolated RS485, and Modbus RTU protocol, enabling communication with BMS systems, SCADA platforms, and energy monitoring systems. Compatible with Tecnocontrol professional probes AN800 can be paired with the main Tecnocontrol industrial probes dedicated to combustion analysis and flue gas monitoring. It supports probes for flue gas temperature, zirconia oxygen measurement, draft, pressure, and gas leak detection in the combustion chamber. Designed for industrial environments The control unit is housed in a robust polypropylene enclosure with a transparent polycarbonate door and IP65 protection rating, ideal for technical environments and industrial boiler rooms. The entire system has been developed to ensure continuous operation, reliability, and easy maintenance. Compliant with industry regulations AN800 complies with major European standards for electrical safety and electromagnetic compatibility. It meets directives 2014/35/EU (LVD) and 2014/30/EU (EMC), and complies with standards EN 60529, EN 61000-6-1, and EN 61000-6-3. Main advantages
