AN402 Flammable gas analyzer

The unit has been planned to be a control and prevention system against dangerous,coming from the presence of flammable mixtures in combustion chamber before a burner is switched on.Sensor used is of catalytic-combustion type and it is placed in a sintered explosion-proof filter certified CESI Ex-d-IIC-T6.The system is also equipped with an electro-valve and a timer which are so configured to start the sensor washing by clean air at the end of every analysis cycle.The analysis can only take place if burners are off.Whenever explosive gas is detected, a pre-alarm relay is firstly actuated, then a stop relay prevents the burner from being switched on.It is also possible to connect this unit to an AN750 one if required
